Character features of any ethnic group are embodied in its culture, creativity and traditions. Round table «Crafts in the cultural treasury of the peoples of the world», held on March 20 by the Department of Belarusian and Russian languages of Brest State Technical University, introduced the traditional crafts of Belarus, China, Vietnam, Venezuela, Nigeria to the students of our university. Representatives of different faculties prepared reports and presentations about the crafts of their countries, which are an integral part of world civilization, and also got acquainted with an improvised exhibition of traditional handicrafts from China and Belarus. The round table became a platform for discussion, exchange of ideas and open dialogue between cultures.
