From April 18 to April 21, Minsk will host the International Specialized Forum on Telecommunications, Information and Banking Technologies «TIBO-2023». Brest State Technical University will present its innovative solutions in the field of IT at 3 joint expositions: Belarusian Institute for System Analysis, the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus and OJSC «Agriculture Technologies».
Together with Belarusian Institute for System Analysis, a system will be presented to check the marking codes of finished products for the readout quality and the operation of the reading cameras, the system will allow a statistically reliable experiment to be carried out without having to install equipment on the production line.
At the stand of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus, the university will demonstrate the life cycle of a labeled product from its production to the moment it is purchased by the consumer. The section of the common stand on the part of BrSTU — «Post No. 4 — Zone for withdrawing products from circulation» is an integral part of the whole solution and is an imitation of an electronic cash desk for the withdrawing of products, which is sold as part of a full-fledged product labeling life cycle with the national operator Republican Unitary Enterprise Belblankavyd Publishing House. The stand provides a demonstration of the possibilities and promising directions for automating the process of selling goods marked with product identification numbers. The stand includes: a control panel with which the exhibition visitor will be able to select a specific product (a bottle of water) on the screen; a collaborative robot that provides manipulations with the product, including reading the marking code and delivering the product to the consumer.
Together with JSC «Agriculture Technologies» a digital testing ground will be presented, designed for multidirectional virtual testing of machines and mechanisms, used in this case to simulate the movement of a tractor and a sowing unit. With the help of the software developed in the laboratory of the BrSTU «Digital Engineering of the Agroindustrial Complex», the control of the seeder sowing unit (turning on, off, changing the seeding rate) and its digital counterparts is carried out. Within the framework of the digital testing ground, the real conditions of data exchange between various systems of both real aggregate units and their digital counterparts are simulated.
Visitors can drive a tractor with a seeder on a virtual testing ground and control the operation of the sowing unit. Everything is shown in real time.
