On April 17, 2023, Peter the Great St. Petersburg Polytechnic University hosted the grand opening of the School of Engineering Sciences of the Union State of Russia and Belarus – the Russian-Belarusian Winter School on Artificial Intelligence and Digital Technologies.
The platform brought together 100 best engineering students from the two countries. Among them are 16 students of the Brest State Technical University — representatives of the Faculty of Electronics and Information Systems, the Faculty of Engineering Systems and Ecology and the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering.
For two weeks, our students will be trained in a program consisting of 4 innovative modules:
«Workshop on Autonomous and Unmanned Vehicles»;
«Design Laboratory for Design Based on Topological Optimization and Computer Engineering and 3D Printing»;
«Workshop on VR»;
«Laboratory for Digital Transformation and Lean Manufacturing».
Students are offered not only lectures, master classes and trainings, but also an extensive program of cultural events.
The School of Engineering Sciences contributes to the professional competence improvement of the young people in the Union State, as well as to the deepening of cooperation in the framework of the joint projects implementation.
