On August 31, 2023, a meeting of the Rector Kasperovich Sergey Antonovich with the labor collective took place at the Brest State Technical University.
In his speech, the Rector drew attention to the following aspects of the university’s activities: educational work, career guidance, research work, ideological and educational work, staffing, export of educational services and research products, economic activity and finance.
Summing up the results of the 2022/2023 academic year, Sergey Antonovich outlined the range of tasks that need to be solved in the current academic year:
1. Creation of a competence center in the field of digital engineering for the training of specialists in the field of civil engineering, mechanical engineering, and information technology.
2. Creation of engineering classes as a new element of career guidance and an effective opportunity to attract motivated applicants to study at the university.
3. Creation of a unique digital ecosystem of the university.
4. Creation of the most favorable conditions for the self-realization of the creative personality of talented youth.
5. Active participation in ProfSkills Belarus, which provides an opportunity to develop professional competencies and increase the prestige of qualified personnel.
The Rector answered all the questions of the representatives of the labor collective of BrSTU.
At the end of his speech, Sergei Antonovich wished everyone success in the hard work of teaching and inexhaustible energy in conquering new heights.
