Rector of BrSTU Kasperovich Sergey Antonovich takes part in the IX meeting of the Scientific and Educational Consortium of Higher Educational Institutions and Research Institutes of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Republic of Belarus.
As part of the meeting, a joint Action Plan of the Scientific and Educational Consortium of Higher Educational Institutions and Research Institutes of the Republic of Belarus and the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2024/2025 was approved.
BrSTU is a member of the Consortium along with 24 leading Belarusian and 27 Kazakh scientific and educational institutions.
Cooperation between BrSTU and universities of the Republic of Kazakhstan is of a strategic nature. Only over the past 5 years, the university has developed and implemented a joint master’s degree educational program with Kazakh universities, and is conducting joint scientific research in the field of ecology, economics, and mechanical engineering. Students and teachers are exchanged on an ongoing basis, and joint methodological support for the educational process is being developed. BrSTU was selected as a mentoring partner for the implementation of a system of product labeling and identification in the countries of the Eurasian Economic Union on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
