On October 25, a meeting was held between the Rector of the Brest State Technical University, Sergei Antonovich Kasperovich, and the students, finalists of the “Ask the Rector a Question” competition.
The competition was held among first-year students and their parents, subscribers of the official telegram channel of BrSTU.
Sergei Antonovich met the young people and inquired, first of all, about the conditions of training and living in the dormitory. All four finalists are nonresident students, so the issue of organizing employment outside of class hours is quite relevant. The meeting was held in the format of an open conversation and in addition to answers to questions asked as part of the competition, the students received useful advice regarding hobbies and interests, as well as how to properly organize their studying day, what life values should be guided by in our information-saturated times. The first-year students, in turn, spoke about the criteria that guided them when choosing a university and the specialty they entered.
At the end of the meeting, Sergei Antonovich thanked the young people for their active life position and presented them merch prizes of BrSTU.
