Foreign students study the history of Belarus

On November 6, Chinese students of the economic, civil engineering and mechanical engineering faculties of BrSTU, together with teachers from the Department of Linguistic Disciplines and Intercultural Communications, took part in an extensive program with visits to iconic places in Belarus: Mir Castle and its chapel with a ghost, Nesvizh Town Hall, Benedictine Monastery, Farny Church and Nesvizh Radziwill Palace. Mir Castle and the palace and park complex in Nesvizh are included in the UNESCO World Heritage List and are the most valuable monuments of Belarus. Our foreign students learned what legends are hidden within the walls of these unique architectural pearls of Belarus, delved into the bright moments of the country’s history and felt the real spirit of the Middle Ages! During the break between the excursions, the guys tried dishes of Belarusian cuisine.
