On November 10, a team of students from Brest State Technical University consisting of: Mikhail Volchek, Valeria Melekh, Yulia Trusova, Ekaterina Sidorchik and Ekaterina Shumilo took part in the II Interuniversity Forum “AUDIT.BY” at the Belarusian State Economic University. The forum was dedicated to discussing current issues in training auditors and increasing the prestige of the auditing profession. Since the young people are studying in the specialty “Accounting, Analysis and Audit”, the problem field of the forum fully corresponds to the profile of their training.
The level of competence of our team’s students was highly appreciated by representatives of the Chamber of Auditors and leading audit organizations of the Republic of Belarus.
The BrSTU team took first place in the team presentation competition and third place in the team competition. The leaders of the team were the Head of the Department of Accounting, Analysis and Audit Natalya Vasilievna Potapova and the associate professor of the Department Olga Vladimirovna Senokosova.
