On November 22, within the framework of the Cooperation Agreement, Brest State Technical University was visited by students of the 10th and 11th grades of secondary school No. 4 in Luninets. The pupils were met at the Faculty of Engineering Systems and Ecology, where Dean Oleg Pavlovich Meshik told the students about the specialties of the faculty, the importance and features of the profession of an environmental engineer.
Faculty members held discussions on the professional guidance of students, aimed at informing about the specialties in which training is carried out at the departments of the faculty. The young people took part in the master class “Three-dimensional modeling in computer-aided design systems using the example of Compass 3D,” chemical experiments, and installation of modern pipelines of engineering systems. As part of the event, the pupils visited the faculty’s laboratories.
At the end of the program, an introductory tour of the faculties of construction, mechanical engineering and the faculty of electronic information systems was organized for the young people.
