The essence of the Digital Agronomist project was to create a digital assistant based on artificial intelligence for organizations involved in agriculture.
During its work, the team successfully completed three stages.
Educational stage, in which the team worked out their business idea in detail, prepared a working model of the business project and developed a business plan.
Acceleration stage: at this stage, the team worked out the elements of the business model to achieve the financial sustainability of the project, and prepared the project presentation for participation in the final conference under the guidance of business trackers.
The final of the competition program took place in Moscow on November 23. The teams that passed a strict selection presented their startups to members of the expert council, partners, potential investors and competed for the opportunity to find investments for their further development. The BrSTU team won the AgroTech nomination.
The goals of the project were a high speed of obtaining answers to agronomic questions without the involvement of specialized professionals; reducing the number of errors in decision making; solving problems of personnel shortage in the agro-industrial complex; reducing the risk of human factor influence in farming; increasing the efficiency of specialists; concentration of information about agricultural operations in a unified data base; 24/7 availability of information.
