On the eve of the New Year holidays, on December 21, 2023, a traditional meeting of representatives of law enforcement agencies with foreign students of the university took place at the Brest State Technical University.
The speakers of the event were Deputy Head of the Department for Citizenship and Migration of the Brest Regional Executive Committee Vadim Vasilievich Rovensky, Head of the Citizenship and Migration Department of the Internal Affairs Directorate of the Administration of the Moskovsky District of Brest Dmitry Tadeushevich Lyganovsky, Senior Officer of the II Department of the 3rd Directorate of Military Unit No. 2187 Evgeniy Gennadievich Shidlov.
At the meeting, the Deputy Head of the Department of Citizenship and Migration paid special attention to violations during the winter period, liability in case of violations of the rules of stay of foreign citizens on the territory of the Republic of Belarus, as well as the possibility of legal employment in the Republic of Belarus.
Dmitry Tadeushevich Lyganovsky reported on the need for timely registration of a temporary residence permit in the Republic of Belarus and residence strictly at the address indicated in the temporary registration.
The senior officer of the II Department of the 3rd Directorate of Military Unit No. 2187 explained to the students the particularities of the legislation of the Republic of Belarus on the State Border and the rules of stay in the border zone.
At the end of the meeting, foreign students were able to ask the guests questions that interested them.
