On January 11, in the assembly hall of the Brest State Technical University, a Christmas concert was held by the Sunday school of the parish of the Church of the Tikhvin Icon of the Mother of God in Brest. The traditional event was organized as part of the program of interaction between the university and the Brest Diocese of the Belarusian Orthodox Church.
As part of the concert, Sunday school pupils presented the musical performance “The Christmas Doll.” 94 young artists aged 6 years and older, under the creative direction of Yulia Konstantinovna Petrusevich, were involved in the musical.
The decoration of the holiday was the performance of the folk academic chorus “Belaya Vezha” of BrSTU under the direction of Irina Vasilyevna Angolyuk.
At the end of the festive meeting, Natalya Petrovna Yalovaya, Vice-Rector for Educational Work at BrSTU, addressed all those present, who noted the extraordinary creative abilities of the young actors and their faith in the good, pure and bright. Natalya Petrovna congratulated everyone present on Christmas and presented gifts to the participants of the holiday.
