Vladimir Gennadievich made a report “Prospects for training engineering personnel for housing and communal services.” The report discussed issues of improving the quality of training of engineering personnel for work in housing and utility sector using modern techniques. Attention was paid to the level of training, the acquisition of skills and abilities in the learning process, as well as the organization of educational and industrial complexes.
