As part of the “Leader’s School”, on November 2 and 3, the training “A leader is a person without doubt in himself and his abilities” was held at the Brest Technical University.
The goal set by the trainers — to create conditions for the realization of the students’ leadership potential through their active inclusion in correctional and practical classes—was fully achieved.
Educational psychologists managed to develop in the participants the ability to effectively interact with people around them, introduce participants, unite the group, identify the level of students’ knowledge about their own leadership potential and create favorable conditions for identifying and realizing leadership potential.
