From November 5 to 10, the VI Chinese International Import Exhibition “China International Import Expo” is taking place in Shanghai. An important part of the exhibition program are the Days of the Brest Region, where the economic, investment, tourism, educational, medical and cultural potential of the region is presented.
The Rector of the Brest State Technical University, Sergei Antonovich Kasperovich, is taking part in the official delegation of the Brest region, headed by the Deputy Chairman of the Brest Regional Executive Committee, Dmitry Nikolaevich Gorodetsky.
Interaction with educational and scientific organizations of the People’s Republic of China is considered one of the priorities of the university’s international activities. BrSTU implements joint educational programs with Chinese universities and conducts scientific research. Rector S.A. Kasperovich presented at the exhibition the potential of the university as an educational and scientific center of the Republic of Belarus, and introduced the main activities of BrSTU to exhibition visitors.
Within the framework of the exhibition, negotiations also were held with the General Director of the company “Scientific and Technical Education Shanxi Hongyi”, a potential customer of research and development work carried out by BrSTU.
