On November 10, a seminar “The current state of the real estate market in Brest” was held at the Department of Economics and Construction Organization. Today, the real estate market of the Republic of Belarus is one of the most dynamically developing, as evidenced by the annual growth of transactions with real estate, as well as the continuous increase in the number of intermediaries. According to data as of November 1, 2023, the number of transactions in regional centers increased to 9% over the year, and the cost per square meter increased to 11%. Today, it is important to familiarize students with the work of real estate agencies available in the region. The speaker of the seminar, the head of the real estate agency «Bugrealt» LLC, the founder of the YouTube channel about the real estate market of Belarus «Wikidom», blogger Nikolai Tukin introduced the students of the specialty «Expertise and Real Estate Management» to the particularities of the realtors` work, revealed some aspects of transactions, shared his experience in in the field of real estate services. He also answered the questions of those present related to practical activities. Objects under construction in the city center of Brest, the planned construction of shopping and entertainment centers, as well as a career as a real estate specialist and prospects for professional growth were of particular interest.
