On November 30, 2023, Brest State Technical University organized a large-scale “Targeted Training Fair” with the participation of institutions of general secondary education and contracting organizations for personnel in the Brest region.
The meeting was organized with the aim of increasing the effectiveness of targeted training, strengthening career guidance work, and increasing the motivation of students to make an informed choice of profession.
Representatives of enterprises and organizations familiarized schoolchildren with the activities of their institutions, outlined the connection between production and specialties of training at the university, pointed out the possibility of career growth for a specialist with higher education, and informed them about the possibilities of concluding targeted contracts.
The executive secretary of the BrSTU admissions committee, Andrey Nikolaevich Parfievich, spoke in detail about the advantages of studying under the conditions of targeted training, the features of admission and the procedure for participation in the competition.
As part of the event, demonstration sites were organized where representatives of enterprises provided consultations to applicants and their parents, and introduced those present to the peculiarities of organizing the work of the enterprise and available vacancies.
