Novgorod State University named after Yaroslav the Wise and Brest State Technical University entered into a cooperation agreement. The document was signed by the Rector of NovSU Yuri Sergeevich Borovikov and the Rector of BrSTU Sergey Antonovich Kasperovich.
Novgorod State University is a unique federal-regional “technopolis multi-university”. For the first time in Russia, NovSU united several universities, technical schools and research and production structures on a voluntary basis, preserving and increasing their scientific, educational and socio-cultural potential. More than 10,000 students study at the institutes and colleges of the university every year.
Between BrSTU and NovSU there are many points of contact both in the subject of scientific research and in the educational sphere. The signed document will serve as the basis for the implementation of new joint initiatives and projects.
It is worth noting that the cooperation agreement was signed during a working visit to NovSU by Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs Mikhail Vladimirovich Neroda. The purpose of the visit is to discuss the activities of the cooperation roadmap.
