On December 13-14, 2023, a delegation from Brest State Technical University headed by Rector Kasperovich S.A. visited the Military Academy of the Republic of Belarus as part of the inter-university student civil-patriotic event “WE ARE BELARUS”.
Cadets, students, teaching staff and the command of the academy laid wreaths and flowers at the obelisk to the fallen army prisoners and civilians during the Great Patriotic War, located in Uruchye.
The students were given a sightseeing tour of the main forge of military personnel of the country, visited the hall of military history and the information technology company of the academy.
Head of the Military Academy, Major General G.V. Lepeshko held a briefing with the participants about the organization of the educational process at the Academy. At the end of the day, Sergei Antonovich Kasperovich made an entry in the book of honorary guests of the Military Academy of the Republic of Belarus.
On the second day of their stay, the BrSTU delegation visited the Faculty of Internal Troops of the Military Academy, where a demonstration of specialized classes and educational buildings was organized. The Aviation Faculty presented a model of a procedural complex simulator for training a group of flight managers and flight crews.
For representatives of BrSTU, the cadets of the Military Academy provided an exceptional opportunity to touch the everyday life of the army and go through the “Sharp Shooter” quest, where everyone tried to shoot small arms and took part in the relay race.
