During the winter holidays, Chinese students of Brest State Technical University, accompanied by teachers from the Department of Linguistic Disciplines and Intercultural Communications, visited St. Petersburg.
Students got acquainted with the rich historical and cultural heritage of St. Petersburg, its history, famous architectural monuments, sculptures and iconic places of the northern capital of Russia. The young people visited the avenues and granite embankments, were impressed by the vastness of squares and palaces, and took an introductory walk along the banks of the Neva and Nevsky Prospekt.
Foreign students had the opportunity to make a wish near sphinxes, bridges, monuments and other places that give hope for the fulfillment of wishes.
The trip took place in the most pleasant and friendly atmosphere. Foreign students consistently demonstrated discipline and punctuality and, with the help of the excellent work of the guides, significantly expanded their knowledge of Russian history.
