The invited guest was the principal officer of the Department for Drug Control and Counter-Trafficking in Persons of the Internal Affairs Directorate of the Brest Regional Executive Committee, police major Alexey Vitalievich Korol.
The purpose of the event is to form the basis of safe behavior in matters of interpersonal communication, as well as to prevent crimes that can be committed against people.
The speaker focused his attention on the fact that crimes against the life, health, sexual integrity and sexual freedom of minors are a socially dangerous phenomenon.
Korol A.V. held an explanatory conversation on preventing offenses and crimes, including crimes in the areas of sexual integrity and sexual freedom of citizens, illicit trafficking in narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances. He informed about administrative and criminal offenses committed in the Republic of Belarus recently, explained the main provisions and articles of the Code of the Republic of Belarus on Administrative Offenses and the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus.
During the preventive conversation, the medical and social consequences of drug use were touched upon, as well as the problem of the involvement of minors in the distribution of drugs, including through “stashes”, actions in case of proposals for the sale of narcotic drugs or psychotropic substances.
In addition, during the meeting, students had the opportunity to ask the speaker questions that interested them and receive competent answers.
