On February 23, a delegation from the Central University of Rajasthan (Republic of India) represented by teachers of the Faculty of Computer Science Mohbey Krishna Kumar and Agarwal Basant arrived at Brest State Technical University on an official visit. The Central University of Rajasthan is a public non-profit educational institution in the city of Ajmer in northern India, which offers higher education in the field of information technology, humanities, and management. The Indian guests were accompanied by representatives of Giprosvyaz OJSC.
BrSTU Rector Sergei Antonovich Kasperovich welcomed the guests and expressed hope for establishing fruitful mutually beneficial contacts with the Indian university. During the meeting, further steps in implementing cooperation were outlined. Vice-Rector for Scientific Work of BrSTU Nikolai Nikolaevich Shalobyta gave a presentation of the university to the delegation participants, talking about the main directions of scientific work. The guests were told in detail about the research work of BrSTU in the field of information technology, about the implementation of the university’s scientific developments in the real sector of the economy. Indian colleagues also visited the research laboratories of BrSTU and got acquainted with the educational process.
