On May 19, 2023 the leading educational institution in the economic sector «Belarusian State Economic University» hosted the International Congress «Economics, Education, Human Resources». Within the framework of 3 thematic panel discussions, issues of integrating the educational, scientific and sociocultural activities of educational institutions in order to meet the modern needs of the labor market with a new type of economic personnel capable of actively influencing the development of national economies, issues of promoting the formation of a united educational space in the field of economic education of the member states of the EAEU through a partnership of educational institutions were discussed.
Rector Sergey Antonovich Kasperovich and Dean of the Faculty of Economics Victoria Vasilyevna Zazerskaya took part in the work of the Congress as the representatives of the Brest State Technical University.
Among the speakers are well-known BSEU graduates: Minister of Taxes and Dues of the Republic of Belarus Sergey Eduardovich Nalivaiko, First Deputy Minister of Finance of the Republic of Belarus Dmitry Nikolayevich Kiyko, First Deputy Minister of Economy of the Republic of Belarus Yury Adamovich Chebotar, Chairlady of the National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus Inna Viktorovna Medvedeva.
Modern global trends in the development of economic education and promising forms of interaction with the prospective employers were discussed at the «Personnel» panel discussion with the speakers — representatives of the Eurasian Economic Commission, heads of higher education institutions that train economic personnel in the EAEU countries, heads of scientific organizations and enterprises.
