On June 14, 2023, students of the Brest State Technical University took part in the volunteer blood donation campaign, which was held in the Brest Regional Executive Committee. All blood donors received memorable gifts.
Without blood donation, the existence and development of modern medicine is impossible. Currently, high-tech operations for replacement arthroplasty, organ and tissue transplantation, and reconstructive surgeries are being carried out in healthcare organizations of the Republic of Belarus. All of them require a large number of donor blood components.
Being a volunteer blood donor is a special form of solidarity, both civil and human. Participation in the donor movement is an example of humanism, kindness and patriotism.
