Cooperation agreement between BrSTU and Moscow State Civil Engineering University

On January 25, 2024, as part of the events of the Fifth Forum of the Association of Universities of Russia and Belarus, the Rector of the Brest State Technical University Sergei Antonovich Kasperovich visited the National Research Moscow State University of Civil Engineering.
Acting Rector, Vice-Rector Taimuraz Batrazovich Kaitukov and Director of the branch of National Research Moscow State University of Civil Engineering in Mytishchi, Natalia Fedorova, took part in the business meeting on behalf of National Research Moscow State University of Civil Engineering. During the visit, the Rector of BrSTU got acquainted with the infrastructure, educational, scientific and technical potential of the university, and international activities.
The two universities are connected by a long history of interaction, which began back in Soviet times. BrSTU teachers annually undergo internships at Moscow State University of Civil Engineering, and the Head of the Department of Concrete and Building Materials Technology of BrSTU, Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor Viktor Vladimirovich Tur is a member of the Council of the specialized scientific and technical journal “Bulletin of Moscow State University of Civil Engineering”.
The main result of the visit was the signing of a cooperation agreement between BrSTU and the National Research Moscow State University of Civil Engineering, which will expand the scope of interaction, ensuring the integration of national higher education systems into the global educational and scientific space and making a worthy contribution to the sustainable development of both countries. The parties agreed on the academic exchange of students for the implementation and development of educational programs, including educational and practical training. The agreement also stipulates the exchange of representatives of the teaching staff and other employees for the training, retraining and advanced training of highly qualified scientists.
