For students of the Brest State Technical University specializing in “Heat and Gas Supply, Ventilation and Air Protection”, a meeting was organized with the Head of the Brest Regional Department of Gospromnadzor Igor Gennadyevich Kalishuk, the Director of the Gosenergonadzor branch in the Brest region Alexey Stanislavovich Rudzsky, the Director of DeltaAGaz LLC Alexander Vladimirovich Brandler and the Director of the Zelva Republic-wide unitary enterprise of housing and communal services Vladimir Alekseevich Pokalo.
The purpose of the meeting is to attract motivated, professionally trained university graduates to work at enterprises, as well as exchange experience and effectively use the experience of the enterprise’s leading specialists, personnel and material and technical capabilities in organizing the educational process and solving research problems.
Representatives of the organizations introduced in detail the main activities of the enterprises, development prospects, the conditions they create for their employees, the amount of salaries, opportunities for future growth, as well as the requirements that will be imposed on future employees.
The students, in turn, had the opportunity to get answers to questions that interested them: about undergoing practical training at the enterprise, completing diploma projects, and further employment.
