On December 28, an open dialogue “Traditions of the past, experience of the present” was held at the Brest State Technical University, dedicated to the 105th anniversary of the formation of the Belarusian Soviet Socialist Republic. It was on that day that our republic for the first time received its own statehood with all the attributes, and the Belarusian people became the rightful masters of their own land.
The students present at the event prepared reports and presentations on the history of Belarusian statehood, as well as on the development of the republic in the 20-30s of the last century. The conversation ended with a quiz, during which both the authors of the reports and the listeners answered questions based on the results of the prepared reports.
The past open dialogue showed that any student who is a citizen of the Republic of Belarus should know and remember the history of the development of the statehood of their Fatherland.
