BrSTU and BrSU: strengthening cooperation

On January 31, 2024, a ceremony was held to sign a cooperation agreement between Brest State Technical University and Brest State University named after A.S. Pushkin. Upon signing the document, the Rector of BrSTU Kasperovich Sergey Antonovich and the Rector of BrSU named after. A.S. Pushkin Yuri Petrovich Golubev confirmed the friendly relations of the two universities in Brest and expressed confidence in achieving high results of interuniversity relations.
Heads of higher education institutions noted that Brest State Technical University and Brest State University named after. A.S. Pushkin organically complement each other. The geographical location of universities makes it possible to organize, without additional costs, a network form of implementation of educational programs for both higher education and additional adult education. As part of the agreement, it is planned to open new specialties in which the strengths of the partner universities will complement each other, and the interaction of scientists from the two universities will ensure interdisciplinarity and open up new opportunities for the development of scientific research.
One of the first projects within the framework of the implementation of the signed agreement will be the organization of joint work in the Competence Center for Industrial Robotics and Digital Engineering, which is being created at BrSTU.
